1. Please register on this website. You will notice a "Members" section on the left navigation pane. Items in this section require the Ponds West homeowner to be registered on the website. Please register by clicking on the 'Register' link located on the top left of this page to gain access to the content and be added to our email distribution list.

 

2. Join the Ponds West Facebook Group by clicking here. Please note the Facebook Group is a community forum, created and maintained by community members. It’s a great way to communicate directly to members of the neighborhood and get connected. Official neighborhood announcements/notices/information is located on the members-only area of the HOA website.

 

3. Please let our property manager (info@pondswest.net) know if you are a newcomer or if you've noticed someone new moving in on your street so that we can appropriately welcome our new neighbors.
