Architectural Change Requests:
According to the Ponds West governing documents, any exterior modification to your home or lot must be submitted for approval to the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) and approved prior to the beginning of the project.
Please download the form here. Please submit applications to tlamartz @ardsleymgmt.com and allow up to 30-days for approval.
Tree Information:
All lots must contain (2) street side trees & (3) street trees on corner lots. Tree Specifications: Min. 3” caliper. These trees should be planted 15’ off the house side of the sidewalk.
Approved trees include:
TULIP, MAPLE- October Glory, Crimson King, Autumn Blaze, Norway, Sugar, Norwegian Sunset, Emerald Queen Norway, Bowhall, ELM- Triumph, OakNutall, Overcup, Scarlet, Northern Red, White, Cleveland Pear.
Pets:
Please remember all dogs should be contained to owner's property or on lead in the neighborhood and always in full control of the owner.
Please be respectful of your Ponds West neighbors and clean up after your pets.
Safety Reminders:
We have lots of activity in the neighborhood with kids playing, biking, fishing, etc. Please adhere to the posted speed limit within the community to keep everyone safe!
Trash Cans:
Trash and recycle cans should be stored out of sight from any public street, except on trash pickup day. Typically, most residents will store inside Ponds West residents' garages.
